Admitted to a US school?
AHLO can help with your visa process.
Admission to a US school, usually evidenced by an I-20 or DS-2019 form, is only one of the requirements to obtain a student visa under US immigration laws.
Depending on the specific visa class that you may be applying for, prospective students must also demonstrate sufficient financial funds for their course of study, that they will depart the US at the end of their studies, that will only engage in their studies while in the US, and that they are prepared for the courses in which they will enroll.
Your student visa consultation will be undertaken by a Texas attorney that is also a former consular officer knowledgeable in US visa revocation procedures. AHLO understands student visas and their nuances.
AHLO will ask you to complete an intake questionnaire and submit documents for review.
You can complete payment through the questionnaire and we may ask you to verify your identity.
Once you have completed our intake process, AHLO's attorney will contact you to get started.
AHLO can provide you with tailored advice on which US consular sections around the world continue to operate and ensure that the countries that house those US consulates or embassies are open to travelers from your home country.
At this time, AHLO does not process the required $160 USD United States Government payment for each visa application.
AHLO's pricing does not include the $160 USD payment, which you will make directly to the government ahead of your visa adjudication.
Start today! After completing AHLO's intake questionnaire and completing payment, you will receive an email with additional information to start your consultation with AHLO.
