Do I need to hire an attorney to apply for a visa?

No, in fact no one can guarantee a particular visa adjudication outcome. US visas are adjudicated by consular officers and they are the sole and ultimate arbiters regarding your eligibility for a visa.

AHLO encrypts all data transmitted through its website end-to-end, using a self signed certificate on the server, with the support of Cloudflare’s technology.
AHLO data is hosted securely on the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platform. Microsoft’s Azure platform is PCI (DSS) Level 1 compliant. AHLO also has a data processing agreements (DPA) in place with its data processors.
Access to AHLO client Personal Data is limited to specific AHLO staff, requiring two-factor authentication. Access to AHLO client Personal Data is also restricted by an explicit need-to-know basis and is limited to those who need to perform their job duties.
AHLO partners with PayPal and Square for credit card processing so that secure payment information is never transmitted or stored by AHLO.
Additionally, and whenever applicable, privileged information shared by AHLO clients with AHLO’s attorney will be protected under attorney-client privilege according to Texas and US laws.
