Alejandro Hernandez JD/LLM is a Texas-licensed attorney that has served as a consular officer, digital lead, legal adviser, and team leader.
He developed his legal, international affairs, and language skills at institutions of higher learning around the world including Vermont Law School, CY Cergy Paris University, Georgetown University, McGill University, and Middlebury Language Schools.
Alejandro holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree from Vermont Law School, a Master of Laws (LLM) from CY Cergy Paris University, and a Bachelor in Science of Foreign Service (BSFS) degree from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, which is considered to be one of the world's leading international affairs schools.
Alejandro is experienced in US consular processing and non-immigrant federal law and regulations, fluently speaks English, Spanish as well as Portuguese, and is proficient in French.
From 2016 until 2020, Alejandro served as an accredited US diplomat and consular officer for the US Department of State. During his tenure, he adjudicated tens of thousands of non-immigrant visas, managed fraud detection and prevention processes, and spearheaded high-profile Robotic Process Automation projects.
Alejandro also previously worked in the publishing industry, where he focused on the digital transformation of products and services. He's an experienced process optimizer, technology solutions architect, and Microsoft Power Platform aficionado.
